We normally charge a 30% referral fee, but when you join our network we only charge our members a 25% referral fee on any closed referrals.

How many referrals can I expect to get?
We generate thousands of leads every month. There will be plenty of referrals to go around. You can let us know the areas you prefer to work and we can geo-target the referrals to fit that also.
What states do you operate in?
At this time we are only offering membership to our network in California and Texas. Other states will be coming soon.
Are new agents allowed to join the network?
Yes, it's ok if you are new to real estate. In fact, when you join, you'll get an 20 hour training course that will teach you how to build a super successful business.
Are you a licensed real estate brokerage?
Yes, we are! We own a real estate brokerage in Oregon and your referral fees will be paid to that brokerage.
Are there any additional fees?
No there are not. You just pay $37 per month for the tools, training and mastermind calls...and then there is a 25% referral fee on any referral leads we send to you that is paid at closing.
What are the training courses?
You'll receive immediate access to 3 online training courses. One is The New Agent Launch System, an 20 hour course that teaches new agents how to build a successful business.
You also will receive the Certified Listing Expert training and the Certified Buyer's Specialist training. Both of these are certification courses and include logos you can use in your marketing and you can create a profile on the exclusive member directories for these courses as well.
